I specialise in decking projects with attention to detail and quality that’s built to last. Timber and composite decking design and build throughout Bristol and surrounding areas.
Design
With a wide selection of materials to choose from, I’ll guide you through the pros and cons of each option so we can create the perfect decking design for your space. You’ll get a detailed written quote and a 3D visualisation, so you can see exactly how your deck will look before any work begins.
Build
Durability comes from the details you don’t see. I take as much care with the hidden structural work as I do with the finished surface. You’ll receive costs for three frame options—full timber, full recycled plastic and a combination—each with an estimated lifespan of 10, 20, or 40 years, helping you choose the right balance of longevity and investment.
Finish
Attention to detail makes all the difference. Decking doesn’t have to be limited to straight-laid boards. We can explore picture framing, inlay patterns, herringbone designs, and more. Balustrades and lighting can also add that extra-special touch, making your deck truly unique.

There are a vast range of timber decking boards available, from the popular Scandinavian soft wood, to compressed bamboo. The unique finish of IRO deck, or classical hardwoods such as Yellow Balau or Red Cedar. I carry a wide range of samples and can talk you through the different options
Composite Decking
There are a huge range of composite decking suppliers to choose from. There are a few quality manufacturers I prefer to use but I am happy to work with any board you choose. Millboard, Trex and Ecoscape are the most popular boards, each with their own distinctive feel and look.

The Process
Quote
We will discuss your ideas and you will be shown through a wide range of samples. You will be emailed a full written quote including a 3D visualisation.
Schedule a date
When you are happy to proceed with the work I will add you to the list and let you know an approximate start date. I aim to keep to that date as far as possible but don’t like to rush a job so date slippages can happen.
Deposit Payment
I ask for a deposit of 50% approximately 2 weeks before the planned start date, this is when I pay for materials and book deliveries. Final payment is then taken on completion.
Work Begins
Throughout the build I aim to keep the site clean, tidy and efficient. I will keep disruption to a minimum, inform you of any deliveries or disturbances and keep you up to date on the expected completion.
You Enjoy
Your property will be left clean and tidy and all waste will be disposed of. You just sit back, relax and enjoy your new decking.
