The Process:
The Call
Give us a call. Tell us what you need doing and we’ll discuss what we can do for you and arrange to visit your home. We will always aim to visit within 48 hours or whenever is convenient for you.
The Visit
We will turn up exactly when we promised to. We’ll listen to what you want, give you our expert opinion on all the options you have and discuss our process with you so you know exactly what will happen and when.
The Quote
We’ll send you a full written quotation outlining exactly what we can do for you, when we can do it and how much it will cost. Any questions or changed your mind about what you want? No problem now is the time to talk to us about any concerns or wishes you have.
The Work
The work will take place when it is convenient for you and we’ll only make as many visits to your home as is necessary to do the job well. We respect your home and take the greatest care when we are there. That means we’ll minimise disruption and clean up at the end of each day not just when the work is complete.
The Happiness Check
Once the work is complete we will check every aspect with you and make sure you are 100% happy. If you have a question or concern at a later date just give us a call. We want to make sure you are happy and headache free in your home.
